How is the Qleen Technology System different than other antimicrobials and disinfectants?

Conventional products kill germs by poisoning the microbes or organisms. By design and necessity, they cease working once they dry or evaporate to avoid adverse effects to humans and animals. Our Qleen Technology system with MonoFoil eliminates the organisms upon application, and goes a major step forward. A molecular bond is created protecting the surface for extended periods of time. Colonization of bacteria is prevented. 

How long does the application last?

Our Qleen Technology system with MonoFoil is insoluble and non-leaching, and can be cleaned over. There are a number of factors that determine the life of the application. We believe the bond to last up to and beyond six months depending on how and where applied and the cleanliness of the surface pre-application. 

Are there any safety concerns? 

No. Any product claiming to eliminate or prevent bacteria, fungi, or mold requires registration with the EPA. The EPA has unconditionally registered our technology. Furthermore, the SDS or Safety Data Sheet, shows all zeroes for health hazard, flammability, and instability.

How do we know it is continuing to protect? 

Numerous, extensive studies have been done and are available upon request. In addition, we typically use ATP meters (the same meters used in major hospitals) to test before and after the application to generate data. Then we return six to eight weeks later to retest the same areas to ensure the application is continuing to protect.
